The DNA Sequence Read Toolkit is a set of programs to convert data from DNA sequencing instruments into formats suitable for archiving, viewing or for onward processing (for example alignment or assembly).

Programs available currently include:

Illumina2srf - create srf files from the data in an Illumina sequencing machine run folder.

Releases can be downloaded from the SourceForge project file area .

The source code can be accessed via subversion using:


 svn co https://sequenceread.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/sequenceread/trunk sequenceread

Note that this is development code, so it is not recommended for production use. It is also possible to browse the subversion tree on the web.
